Reggie Taylor has had a 30-year career solving the challenges of Talent Management in both the private and public sectors. Reggie is a dynamic business leader with significant Human Capital leadership and consultative experience. Melding the combination of business acumen, executive-level Talent Management expertise, and an in-depth understanding of organizational goals, Reggie has provided leadership and guidance to HR professionals in across the United States and internationally. Reggie’s specific expertise includes candidate recruitment/selection, employee terminations, workers compensation adjudication, compensation/pay structure, employment law, benefits (Healthcare, Disability/Life), HR staff training, organizational development, risk management and internal client relations.

About Reggie

Early in his career Reggie worked as The Catholic University of America’s Associate Director of Admissions before moving on to The MITRE Corporation’s Center for Advanced Aviation System Development (CAASD) as the Human Resources Manager, eventually moving into the legal industry leading the Talent Management functions for two different law firms.

Reggie graduated from Gonzaga College High School in Washington DC and spent nine years on the Board of Trustees. Reggie attended The Catholic University of America (CUA) and graduated with a B.A. (concentration in Human Resources). He then attended The University of Maryland’s Robert H. Smith School of Business where he earned an MBA. Reggie earned his SHRM-SCP certification and is a true business partner with experience in facilitating growth in cross-functional organizations while maintaining a focus on mission, strategy, profitability, and value. While his most recent engagements and employment have been with law firms, and he has significant insight into how to manage these entities, he also has considerable experience in the technology industry and working with small businesses.
